1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Quant⇢Lens dashboard ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Tool.

2. Description of Service

The Quant⇢Lens is a private quantitative research dashboard that provides:

• Market scanning and screening based on momentum models
• Technical and quantitative analysis tools
• Portfolio tracking and management features
• Custom research and backtesting capabilities

Nature of Service: Research tool only, not investment advisory.

3. Eligibility & Account

3.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activities under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Using strong, unique passwords

4. Intellectual Property

• Dashboard design, layout, and user interface
• Documentation, guides, and tutorials

You grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the service.
